AXOVUS GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION:

~ Checkout and payment processes are run by PayPal®. All major credit cards and PayPal® accounts are accepted here. ~ Upon order completion, you will receive an email from PayPal® with your transaction number. You will also receive an email from AXOVUS typically with 24 hours. This email will contain your order number and receipt of purchase. ~ SHIPPING: Orders within USA will ship out within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail to keep your costs low. We will notify you if there is a delay. ***NOTE, for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, please email us first to calculate shipping before you check out.*** ~ RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with our product(s), you must email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase for full replacement or store credit. We cannot offer cash/credit card refunds. * Please email mail@axovus.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be given an RMA number (your return will not be processed without this communication). This number MUST be written in bold letters on the outside of the package return. We will send out the replacement or apply the store credit to your account. ~ With normal use and even points beyond that for some products, your purchase will last many years. If our product has failed within a year, with most normal usage, we will replace it for free. Simply email us with the same information listed above.
